The Thirty-Fourth Judicial District Court is one of Louisiana’s 43 judicial districts and has original jurisdiction of all civil and criminal matters in St. Bernard Parish. There are five elected divisions (Division A - Division E) of court in the Thirty-Fourth Judicial District.
